My iPhone and iTunes songs are in sync. When I delete a song from my OWN library on "iPHONE", it does NOT delete from iTUNES. even when syncing through iCloud. BUT When I delete a song/Album from iTUNES, it immediately deletes from iPhone ! This is very frustrating because of most of the time I'm listening through my iPhone and delete the songs I dont like. and I find them still on my iTunes on MacBook Pro.

See Identify cloud status icons in your music library on your Mac or PC - Apple Support. Songs you delete on your device or from another library are immediately removed from your iCloud Music Library, but where they are downloaded to a computer they will be marked as Removed. This gives you a chance to restore something deleted in error. You can make a smart playlist that captures any tracks in this state so you can complete the deletion, or add back to the library if required.
