Vickie: See the "If you can't select Done" section of the article I linked to.
Grangy: As with other services and drives, there may occasionally be trouble. Keep a second copy of it elsewhere.

I have tried this but when I downgrade my storage I can’t click ‘done’ on the plan I want.
is all of my data safe and accessible in the cloud?
