exported photos appear in 2nd desktop folder

When I export a photo to my desktop and into a folder I have created, the photo then appears in a sub folder. Oddly enough this folder is named Wayne's Home, (date). Wayne is my husband who does not use this computer nor share the photo's folder. If I export the photo directly to the desktop, it appears in a created folder named the photo's date taken.

I would like to export photos without a created 2nd folder. Thanks, Christy

Hi

In the file naming section of the export pane, make sure filename is 'filename' or 'title', and subfolder format is 'none'. I think you have subfolder set to 'moment name'
