that the apple tv is connected with good signal

What is your model Apple TV? Identify your Apple TV model - Apple Support
Is the IP address of the Apple TV listed as in the range 192.168.x.x (from router, good) or 169.254.x.x (self-assigned, bad)?
Try restarting both your router and the Apple TV (and optional other network gear).
