Hi There, I would like to unlock my old ATT iPhone 5 to use in Europe with another carrier. That iPhone has not been used for years. Thanks for any help! Gary

Thanks kb1951 for your response, that's what I did but refer to a phone number to unlock, which associated to my newer iPhone XR. I wish they would refer to a serial number instead....
Maybe take that phone to an ATT store to see if that would help getting it unlocked.
