I bought a new MacBook Pro. I was unable to sign in to the iCloud before thieves broke into my house to steal it. The warranty has been activated by the thief. What can I do now?

Report the serial number to the police and report the theft to your home insurance company. There isn't anything else you can do that I know of given that find my was not activated.
