I cracked my phone 11 Pro Max this morning. My apple care has expired, so can I renew that warranty? If I can't do that, is it cheaper to just pay the $329 it cost to fix my phone or is it cheaper to get a new one?

You can't renew AppleCare on a broken device.

It's really up to you to decide upon the economics of repair vs. replace. An iPhone 11PM isn't that old. If it was an iPhone 7 then I'd think differently.
