Hi, my little cousin created an iCloud on my IPad and doesn’t remember the information she used for the account. How do I go about getting the activation lock off my iPad?

Without the Apple ID and Password of the original owner, you will never get around Activation Lock which is a theft prevention feature. See if this link helps her remember...

If you can produce the original receipt clearly showing the serial number, Apple may be able to help.
