Epson stylus photo printer doesn't work on Big sur

If necessary, try resetting the printing system and re-adding the printer. Check whether the operating system suggests something suitable.

Developers of OSs are not responsible for printer drivers. Printer manufacturers create drivers for their printers. Did you check on the Epson site for a compatible driver?

Your assertion is like getting on Ford because their new model car can not use a specific GoodYear brand tire. It would be up to the tire manufacturer to make a tire that is compatible with Ford vehicles not the other way around.
