I forgot my password for my iPod touch 5th generation. The I pod says disabled and connect to iTunes. I don’t have a computer. What can I do?

My iPod has been disabled because I forgot my password. But I don’t have a computer to connect to iTunes. What can I do to get my iPod back on ?

See the following from If you forgot the passcode on your iPod touch, or your iPod touch is disabled - Apple Support

You need a computer to follow these steps. If you don't have a computer, borrow one from a friend, or go to an Apple Retail Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider.
