Email

I have not been able to send or receive emails from my iPhone for two months. I have googled and tried all the suggestions. I have called AT&T and they have tried to help with no luck. I have tried my iCloud and it does not work . I honestly don’t know what else to do. I have bought a new PC and open a new email account. But what do I do with the old one ? I think I need a new phone too!!!!!! So frustrating . I am also not very computer literate just doing my best .

I recommend that you contact BellSouth and have them guide you through the setup process again. They may have changed their protocols for sending and receiving emails. AT&T support may also be able to help since BellSouth is now a part of AT&T.
