Usually 'official retail locations' would be contacted for information.

• Store List - Apple Store - Apple

https://www.apple.com/retail/storelist/

There are additional links, not certain on details though.

See bottom of same page above for more information.

There also are 'user guides' online at Apple Support site

and Apple User Groups, in various locations.. Plus online:

"Apple Mac Instruction Manuals" (mac user guides) : Everymac.com

There are examples of 'user guides', that can be like extended Support

articles. These are not like the Manuals one may find in Books App store.

• iMac Essentials (Table of Contents) - Apple Support

https://support.apple.com/guide/imac/toc/2021

• Mac mini Essentials (Table of Contents) - Apple Support

https://support.apple.com/guide/mac-mini/toc/2021

• MacBook Pro Essentials (Table of Contents) - Apple Support

https://support.apple.com/guide/macbook-pro/toc/2020

• MacBook Air Essentials (Table of Contents) - Apple Support

https://support.apple.com/guide/macbook-air/toc/2020

These can include details for M1 Silicon hardware, and/or similar

MacBook/Air, MacBook/Pro; & Intel-based Macs; content will vary.

Certain differences of M1/M2, hardware, will be better known

as their introduction & changes in use become pronounced.

Several various Apple Support articles tell of model differences.

As examples, these aren't 'live-links' in browser screenshot.
