my iPhone X frozen on shut off screen
I can't shut off my iPhoneX, although tried press/release volume up button, and press/release volume down button, then press+hold side button for long time, didn't work? The screen is frozen now.

Sorry it didn't work. Maybe it is time to make an appointment at the nearest Apple Store for an evaluation and explanation of your options.
