The iPhone 11 can update to the current iOS 14.6 .

What update can’t you get?

I can’t the 14.6 I just got my phone replaced my apple and it won’t let me update to the new update it just show that’s it’s up to date on 14.4

Lots of us are having the same problem. There is something wrong with the update system on Apple's end.
