The security breach on my Apple ID keeps popping up, how can I chang my Apple ID password?

Please see Change your Apple ID password - Apple Support

You should log out of the ID on all your devices before proceeding, then log back in with the new password. Your iCloud synced data will disappear when you log out but will reappear whej you sign back in (give it time).
