Apple Music family subscription

How much does it cost monthly for Apple Music family subscription?

I was deducted 4.99 dollars but other $10.17deductions were made . I don’t get it

I sought for a refund of the $10.17(59.18 cedis) but I was given a refund of my Apple Music subscription instead. The refund has not reflected in my account too
