Canceling App Subscription

I’m trying to cancel an app subscription “Screen Mirroring Z - Miracast” but on the Edit Subscription page I can’t find the red “Cancel Subscription” option for this specific app. Please let me know what to do. Thank you.

You've turned off automatic renewal. If you can't wait for it to expire, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for assistance.
