Irregular Rhythm Notification data

How long are Irregular Rhythm Notification records recorded by Apple Watch and stored in the Health app kept? I hope the answer is forever and the information is never purged. I have had occasional Irregular Heart Rhythms over the years since 2018 when I first got my Apple Watch Series 3 but when I look in the Health app under Irregular Rhythm Notifications, Show all data, I only see records going back a little over a year (June 7th 2020, today is June 19th 2021). Where are the Irregular Rhythm Notifications from before June 7th 2020?

We understand that you’d like to know how long health data is stored on your device. We’d be happy to help.

The data on your device is stored indefinitely, it is not deleted unless you delete it. We would advise ensuring that your Health data is properly backed up. Take a look at the section under “Back up your Health data” in Manage Health data on your iPhone, iPod touch, or Apple Watch.

Here’s some helpful information about Taking an ECG with the ECG app on Apple Watch Series 4, Series 5, or Series 6.
