How to remove Calendar spam on iPhone 11 Pro Max?

I keep getting calendar reminders that I have a virus or malware on my iPhone 11 Pro Max. Help me make it stop.

If running iOS 13 or earlier versions, check: Settings - Passwords & Accounts - Accounts - Any rogue entries here? If so, delete the rogue account.

If running iOS 14, check: Settings - Calendar - Accounts - Any rogue entries here? If so, delete the rogue account.

Didn’t see any rogue entries. It keeps saying it’s going to lock my iPhone. I know it’s malware or a virus. Never dealt with this before. I can’t lose everything please help.
