You cannot. There is no way to modify or increase local capacity on any iPhone. It is a physical chip inside the iPhone and cannot be modified.
What you can buy is iCloud Storage on an Apple Server. This storage is only for backups and other iCloud synced data like photos, contacts etc...
This will not make more space on you iPhone.
If you need more space on an iPhone, you either delete files and content from it, or you buy an iPhone with more storage space.
