I have a new Apple iPhone 8SE, the IOS 14.6 has downloaded but will not install. Can anyone help?

Well, what a silly fool I am!!!! It is merely an SE.
When I try to install it verifies update ... then message reads
Unable to Install Update
An error occurred installing iOS 14.6.
Retry
Remind me later
Try updating using your computer instead of over the air.
A: There is no such thing as an iPhone 8SE.
B: What happens when you attempt to install the update?
