There's multiple interpretations of what you just asked. One would be to erase the device.

How to erase your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - https://support.apple.com/HT201274

- "Learn how to wipe information from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch and restore your device to factory settings." Tap Settings > General > Reset (scroll all the way to the bottom)

If you mean to transfer, you can't any longer, you have to redownload them onto your new device from Apple.
