I’m unable to delete old apps.

I’m unable to delete old apps from my library. The hold down and delete doesn’t work. When I hold down it adds the icon back to my Home Screen. Any ideas?

Please check: Settings - Screen Time - Content & Privacy Restrictions - iTunes & App Store Purchases - Deleting Apps = Allow.
