If your signature is correct and you do indeed own iPhone 5s and you are on iOS 12.5.4, you cannot update further. That phone was released 8 years ago and if you are hoping you can update to the newer iOS versions, your phone lacks the required hardware to handle the newer iOS versions. It is time to invest in a newer, more modern iPhone.
