Keyboard typing voice over
I have already turned off the keyboard voice over sound, it's speaking even when I press any key on the keyboard.

This maybe a bug in Big Sur 11.2 as per user profile. Has the computer been updated to latest Big Sur 11.4 which is available. It fixes bugs and security issues from pervious versions.
If already installed - restart computer in Safe Mode and test for 7 - 10 minutes. Does your issue appear in this mode? To get out of Safe Mode - just restart computer normally.
