Watch activity not accurate

My Apple Watch series 5 is not tracking activity accurately. I’m averaging 12-20 moving calories per day, while it says I’m standing for 24 per day. The exercise minutes appear to be correct. Is there a way to re-set the calibration for better accuracy? I’ve already tried to reestablish fitness data (in the watch app, under privacy).

what can I do?

Yes sure, actual calibration is suggested as the first remedy. See the details here:

If that is not helping, unpairing and re-pairing would revert your watch back to factory settings, while keeping your apps and data intact.
