As long as these apps were originally downloaded with the current Apple ID then this document will help

But it's still very possible. Download and install Dropbox, and use that to transfer data (or apps) from your old iPad to your new iPad Pro. Dropbox has a box capacity of 5GB, but you can easily upgrade, which makes things quite a bid easier. I imagine you could perform this transfer with any cloud-based service (like iCloud), but Dropbox is especially reasonable and user friendly.
