Got the dreaded can’t turn WiFi on in settings

Stopped working while I was in the hospital and the phone was in a drawer so not water damage. I have also updated the IOS since it happened and that did t fix it either. have tried all the suggestions, reset, install latest IOS, reset network settings, reset all settings. Only thing that happened was it lost half my data still can’t get it to turn on the WiFi in settings. I have an iPad, a desktop, and a ROKU the all function properly with my WiFi so it is not my service or router.

As you’ve already “done every reset suggested”, then there’s seemingly nothing else to suggest here, other than a discussion directly with Apple Support about your options and alternatives. Use the Get Support link in the upper right.
