Subscriptions

So unfortunately I cannot get my information off, How do I get without it saying I have an active subscription. When I don’t have any.

If it is saying that you have an active subscription, you need to take care of that first. Go here to see what you may have, How to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support

What may not appear there is an increase to your iCloud storage. After you close your subscriptions you can remove your credit card.
