how do I check my family's Apple ID?

I set up my family share FOREVER ago. I need to get my daughter and son's Apple ID so that I can set them up with the new phones and get the family share to keep working. Nothing seems simple. I won't recall their passwords either. HOW DO I DO THIS???? PLEASE. Help.

If you forgot the Apple ID password, enter the Apple (iCloud) ID, and click Forgot Password. See if you can get a Rescue or Notification email option if necessary. Link to contact Apple Support at the end of the 2nd article.
