MacOS Big Sur 11.4, Podcasts app makes the whole screen glitching...

When the screen is glitching, can't barely use anything. Normal restart seems doesn't work, instead seems a NVRAM restart fixed the issue.

MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 11.4

Does the same issue present itself in Safe Mode ( SHIFT ) immediately at restart ?
