What it I have no remote to Apple TV

No remote for it to set network once I set network I can control it through my assistant with google

You can use the Remote application on your iPhone or iPad. Your hardware and your iPhone/iPad need to be on the same WiFi network. The you pair your iPhone/iPad to your Apple TV hardware and you will be good to go. Your iPhone/iPad actually makes a better remote because you get to use the key pad.
