Uninstalling software

There doesn’t appear to be an Uninstaller for DuckDuckGo Privacy Essentials, therefore, I dragged the app to the Bin and emptied the Bin. I then uninstalled the Privacy Dashboard and Privacy Protection extensions. I then restarted my Mac. However, when I clicked on: Apple > About this Mac > System Report… > Software > Installations, DuckDuckGo Privacy Essentials was still listed. How do I remove this software from Installations?

That list of installations is a history, not an active list of what is currently installed.
