Final Cut Pro quit unexpectedly when share, or export video.

My first two videos in FCP were shared smoothly. After I hooked an external drive (ExFat) then it happened. I then format it to APFS and reinstall FCP. It doesn't work even I don't use the external drive anymore. I tried to delete the preference and still not working. I tried iMovie then, and same happened! No matter what I tried it not working any more! I deleted all libraries and import new video to local folder to have new library and not working! Please help! Final Cut Pro 10.5.3. macOS Big Sur 11.4, M1 2021
