How to restore my iPad without a computer?
I only have an iPhone and an iPad and my iPad will not turn on and I get to the restore page and then I can’t plug it in to a computer because I don’t have one. Any suggestions

Borrow access to a computer/Mac from a friend/relative/co-worker
for the short time it will take to restore your iPad.
Or visit your nearest Apple store or Apple authorized service provider
for assistance. If going to an Apple store, an appointment at the Genius
Bar is highly recommended to avoid delay.
