How do I delete an app on my Home Screen when there is no delete on my quick action menu and no x in the corner of my purchased apps when I do a long press on the app?

If there is no option to delete any apps, there may be a restriction set on deleting apps. On an iPhone or iPad, go to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > iTunes & App Store Purchases > Deleting Apps.
