Go to Settings/Privacy/Tracking and turn on the switch. If you can’t turn it on it may be disabled in Settings/Screen Time, there may be a parental restriction, if you are under 13 it is automatically restricted, and if your phone has a company email account on it or it is under Mobile Device Management (MDM) the IT administrator can restrict the setting.
