Apple Music

I’ve been having issues on my Apple Music it always stops playing after 15 Sec can someone help me out ?

iPhone 12 Pro Max, iOS 14

Welcome to Apple Support Communities.


First, sign out of your Apple ID Sign out of iCloud on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Apple TV, or Mac - Apple Support. Next, Restart your iPhone - Apple Support. Finally, Sign in with your Apple ID - Apple Support.


Also, make sure you are fully up-to-date: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support.
