iPad keeps shutting down every day

My iPad shuts down on its own overnight, why does it do this? And it shuts down as in you have to long press the start button to restart it. Sometimes hard reset doesn’t work either. Does anyone know how to fix this? (iPad is around 5-6 years old already tho)

Battery? Some other hardware glitch?

We, just users like you, cannot diagnose your issue remotely, sorry.

Please contact Apple Support directly (they have tools to run remote diagnostics, battery included), using this link:--> Get Support , or make an appointment and have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> Apple – Location Selector

After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.
