Bluetooth Headphone Connectivity Issue - iPhone 12 Pro Max

I am having trouble with connecting My JBL Live 500BT headphones with my iPhone 12 Pro Max. While trying to reconnect my headphone, it is not getting connected automatically. Each time I have to forget the device and need to pair again. This issue is only with my iPhone 12 Pro Max. I also have one iPhone 7 and Mac book air. There is no issue with those devices.
