Don’t bother.
If you have a old iPad still stuck o iOS 3.2.2, it is, most likely, an over 11-year old, 2010, original 1st gen iPad.
That iPad can only get to iOS 5.1.1 and there is absolutely NO apps available, ANY LONGER, for such an old device.
It will be a completely useless device, today, as all support ended for this very old iPad in 2015/2016.
The Web browser that is/would be available to that old iPad model is too old and is not safe nor secure to use with today’s modern Internet.
Just forget about this old iPad.
If you can, please properly recycle this old electronics device OR keep it as a collector’s item.
