Hello sir my apple id is blocked can u tell me why and how to fix it i cant download apps or purchese anything

If your apple ID has been disabled follow these steps:
If your Apple ID is locked or disabled - Apple Support
If your account is disabled in iTunes you will need to contact apple to be able to unlock it.
