I’m trying to delete apps from Home Screen. But if I touch and hold the icon wiggles but there is no minus or x to let me delete it from the screen
iPad Air 3, iPadOS 14
Check Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > iTunes and App Store Purchases > make sure Deleting Apps is Allowed.
Also note: Content & Privacy Restrictions must be enabled to see and make changes.
Please check: Settings - Screen Time - Content & Privacy Restrictions - iTunes & App Store Purchases - Deleting Apps = Allow.
This should allow you to delete apps. Also see this, Organize the Home Screen and App Library on your iPhone - Apple Support
