How do I transfer contacts from iPad to iPhone when they’re 2 different accounts with different login etc

Export Using a Computer:

Export Contacts in iCloud using a computer synced to your Apple Account. It would be more user-friendly, than doing so on a mobile device (iPhone). Once exported, import them to the new device.
