Hi,

Are you possibly trying to use an ICA Driver Ver.4.1.3a (Mac), with the misd-mac-ijscanner15f-4_1_3-ea21_3.dmg file name?

https://www.canon-europe.com/support/consumer_products/products/fax__multifunctionals/inkjet/pixma_mg_series/pixma_mg7750.html?type=drivers&driverdetailid=tcm:13-1280572&os=macos%2010.15%20%28catalina%29&language=en

If so, see Precaution, for example, item 6.

How to scan using AirPrint is described in https://www.canon-europe.com/support/consumer_products/apple_airprint_guide/#Scanning_Mac .

About AirPrint - Apple Support

A Canon MG7750 is mentioned in his article as a model supporting the driverless AirPrint technology. An AirPrint-enabled printer is compatible with macOS, and does not require the installation of drivers (providing that the printer and the computer are conneced to the same network).

Hi,

I get a similar error message - although not identical. Mine says "You do not have permission to open the application “Canon IJScanner15f”.

I then get a 'Failed to open a connection to the device (-21345). This only occurs when trying to scan - printing is working fine. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the printer, and all of the options for Secure AirPrint / Airprint and Canon IJ Network and get the same behaviour. It's worth noting the printer and scanner have worked fine for several years / Mac OS versions, it just seems to be an issue in Big Sur.

I have downloaded and installed the following version of printer driver :

mcpd-mac-mg7700-16_40_1_0-ea21_3.dmg

Any further thoughts would be welcome - thanks!
