A screenshot ca be saved either as a jpeg image to the iPad’s camera roll - or as file.

A screenshot is by definition a screenshot image - and not an image taken by a “camera” that outputs either a processed or raw image data from the camera sensor. In context of a computer screenshot, a “raw file” doesn’t make any sense.

Raw, in context of image capture, is literally raw image data derived from a camera’s imaging sensor. This raw data is saved in a camera manufacturer’s proprietary image format; for this reason, raw image formats will be different between camera manufacturers.
