I've been stuck on trying to get this update to install. It keeps hanging up on verifying the update and the boots out saying that it is unable to verify update. I've been deleting the update changing to download and install but it keeps hanging up. Anyone else have a similar issue?

From your post it appears that the latest iOS update is not completing.
If you have been doing the update over the air, we would suggest trying a different network. You an also try using a computer to see if that helps.
Just as a reminder, here are the different ways available to update iOS: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support. Be sure to follow the instructions on how to make a backup of your data before updating.

I have the similar problem. I tried with other wifi network but couldn’t solve the issue.
Try connecting to a cell network.
Still the same! There isn’t any difference. Getting same error.
