How do I restore the Outdoor Run and Outdoor Walk in the Activity app?

Tap on the workout app and scroll down to the bottom and tap on "Add Workout" then scroll down the list until you find outdoor walk then tap on it and do the same for outdoor run and they will be added back to your list of workouts.
