Hi everyone, I'm a student and I'm very passionate about music, currently I'm listening to many different genres of music. I really like the Spotify Premium APK app, but I can't download it for my Iphone XS, is there any way to help me? Any help I would greatly appreciate.

Of course you cannot download that app. It is an Android app and the developer does not appear to have released an iOS version. so there isn’t one in the Apple App Store.
You can ask Spotify about producing an iOS version of that app.
The Spotify App in the Apple App Store does offer premium as a subscription, so not sure a separate app is needed to use Spotify Premium on an iPhone -> https://apps.apple.com/us/app/spotify-discover-new-music/id324684580
