I forgot my daughter passcode for her iPad, and unfortunately I forgot her Apple ID Password as well. her account is linked to my atoll ID in family sharing but I can't do anything to reset her Apple ID Password. help me please!!
Thank you for your reply, I’ve done that already. However, it asks me for verification, I’ve put my own number the one I use and got the pin, it also send a pin to the same iCloud account that I’m trying to get the password for, but I can’t get access to it. So I don’t know what to do.
